Elevated two storey home in very quiet and exclusive one way street with 4-5 bedrooms and magnificent 180 degree views of the blue waters of Port Phillip Bay by day and Mount Martha's multi-coloured lights by night. Located approximately 1km or a 15 minute walk to Dromana's sandy bay beaches and shopping precinct and sleeps 6 adults, 4 children (2xQ, , 2xS, 4 bunks). There is also a foldout couch that sleeps 1 and a portable bed that also sleeps 1. The main bedroom has a full ensuite and the house has 3 toilets. You can soak and unwind in the spa after a long day at the beach. Very relaxing large living and dining area with panoramic views of Dromana, Mount Martha and the shipping channel. There is a fully equipped kitchen that includes an oven/stove/fridge/dishwasher.There is another intimate separate meals area. Enjoy a drink on the balcony whilst cooking a BBQ and at the same time soaking in the relaxing panoramic bay views. Look out for the "Spirit Of Tasmania" daily making it's way towards the heads. Perfect for that romantic weekend escape and for school or summer holidays. Sony playstation, TV and DVD player are available for the kids to enjoy in their own separate TV room.
Adults can enjoy a glass of wine looking at the panoramic views with a telescope in the main living area.
The house is situated very close to the incredibly scenic Arthurs Seat and Red Hill and within close proximity to world class Golf courses and beautiful wineries. Plenty of parking space for cars and boats.

Great accomodation for guests visiting wineries or attending weddings in the area.
