Fabulous undercover deck with large outdoor setting, BBQ and beautiful water feature. Modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Living and dining area with big-screen TV, DVD, stereo. Main bathroom has a bath.
Fully-fenced, secure yard.
Air-conditioned.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 10am.
$300 security deposit payable when booking.
$300 bond and balance of tariff required 21 days prior to arrival.
Bond returned provided keys are returned and there is no damage to the property.
Cancellations:
-21+ days prior to arrival: loss of $100
-7-21 days prior to arrival: loss of security deposit ($300). Tariff refunded only if able to re-let property for same period.
-No refund given with less than one week's notice.
