A beautifully appointed one bedroom apartment with a balcony , in a security building and just a few minutes walk to the city , the river ,Kings Park. and the Conference Centre .
Facing North with river, city and Hills views, this is a private and secure city haven , which was fully refurbished inside and out just 4 years ago.
An ideal escape from the hubbub of the city yet close enough to walk to in just a few minutes.
(Please note-this a non-smoking apartment.)
Our cleaner is very accommodating, but it is not always possible to offer changeovers on public holidays.
Please note we will not be able to answer Emails between 4th and 11th May 2013 as we will not have Internet access that week .

A very comfortable home away from home. The apartment is in a great location - walking distance to the city and gorgeous botanical gardens.
The apartment is very clean and organised and the view is beautiful.
Lesley has been excellent to deal with - very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for a week and a half.
Fantastic location, lovely river views. Right next door to Kings Park and a short stroll into the city centre.
Very clean and extremely well equipped.
Aircon works brilliantly thank goodness - it was 40+ degrees during our stay. Lovely outdoor balcony to enjoy dinner in the evening.
There is a lift and there is secure parking onsite.
We will definitely stay here again.

The ideal city pad- walk 5 minutes down the hill to the city or 5 minutes up the hill to Kings Park . Lovely views, especially at night with all the city lights shining .
It was immaculately clean and well equipped for a short stay. Would stay again.

Well furnished, ideally situated close to Kings Park, the City and transport links. Quiet block of units and freeway noise only when the doors are open. We never really mastered the hot water system and had hot and cold showers. Despite this slight hiccup we have this on our list to recommend.

Loved the location, nicely decorated and very comfortable lounge and bed. Kitchen and Bathroom perfect for the travelling couple. Plenty of secure parking. 5 min walk to town or 2 mins walk to Kings Park and views over city and Swan River. 2 min and you can be on the freeway heading north or south. Nice place. Malcolm street gets busy early and you can hear some traffic, however quiet at night.

I would highly recommend staying at the City Haven. It has all the comforts of home while away from home, and also has an absolutely gorgeous view of Swan river and the city. Close to Kings Park when you need to get some exercise and only a short stroll to the centre of the city. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need and is furnished tastefully as well as being very cosy. I will be staying here again when I return to Perth!
