Each bedroom contains a queen ensemble and single beds with a sofa bed provided in the lounge room, sleeping up to 9 pax.

Spotless(clean), spacious, no hassle what ever time we turn up, 5 min walk to centre of the city and we've stayed here before on our golf trip.

We absolutely loved our stay at bradman house and penfold house in launceston....we were in tassie for 9 days and stayed in 3 different properties and penfold and bradman house far exceeded the others.

With 2 adults and 5 children, this property was excellent, so close to Launceston and surrounds, was very well set up inside. We highly recommend Bradman House, and would happily stay there again in the future.

Hi All,
I would like to recommend you for this accomodation. I had dream to stay in an independent house situated in very peaceful
area (as I am non resident of AUS) and I got a chance while my Tasmania trip which ended up by visiting Launceston. For
accomodation I would say its well maintained and nicely decorated, spacious 3 bhk house with all the required amenities in
it. We were 6 ppl and we got all the facilities which we needed.
Best part of this accomodation - Person with whom I made this deal (Emma Kotraba) very helping, easily approchable lady she
made the whole arrangement very well. Its very near to airport as well (15 mins by Car).
While leaving for Melbourne I forgot my Wallet in house and left next morning, when I realises the same I gave a call to
Emma and she got my Wallet and sent it to me by courier without any delay.
I must say the accomodation was awesome and I enjoyed it a lot !!
From all 6 ppl - Thanks a lot Emma !!
And Guys whoever is thinking to stay in Launceston Plz go for Bradman House. I promise that you wont b disappointed.

I was very suprised by the excellent presentation of this property. The renovation work that has been undertaken made the house feel very comfortable. Not a thing was out of place.
I was attending a conference in Launceston and it took me no more then 15 minutes to walk there.
If I am back in Launceston anytime in the near future I will be sure to stay here again.
