House on Hamilton is a newly renovated home which boasts a large decked outdoor alfresco area in addition to a secure backyard containing both a trampoline and a climbing frame.
The main bedroom is furnished with a king size bed. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with a king size single bed and two single beds respectively. The second bedroom is also equipped with a second television, DVD Player and Play Station 2. There is a large selection of DVD movies and Play Station games available for your use.
The kitchen is well equiped with all new modern appliances and is generously stocked with crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware.
The laundry has a family size washing machine and dryer.
There is plenty of parking available on the property for a boat if required.
House on Hamilton is positioned centrally to enjoy a variety of shopping and convenience store options in the immediate Eaton region. In adition there is an abundance of local playgrounds in close proximity for your children to enjoy.
House on Hamilton is ideally located to enjoy all the attractions that Bunbury, Australind and the Ferguson Valley have to offer.
Enjoy the abundant waterways of the region by going fishing, crabbing, kayaking, snorkelling, windsurfing or swimming.
There are three boat ramps in very close proximity to the property in addition to local jettys. The area also boasts well kept walkways and cycleways.
The seaside town of Bunbury offers a varied shopping and dining experience. House on Hamilton is a short drive to the restaurants and cafes of Bunbury Town Centre.
Bunbury is also home to the Dolphin Discovery Centre, at the centre you are able to watch, interact and/or swim with the dolphins.
Koombana Bay Beach is located within a calm bay and is ideal for younger children. Or for older children who enjoy body surfing or catching a wave, there is the very popular Back Beach.
Ferguson Valley is a well established wine region located in the foothills adjacent to Eaton with both wineries and family friendly boutique breweries.
The Capel Vale Winery, which is approximately a 20 minute drive south, offers an amazing dining experience at an award winning restaurant.
