Close by, you can go wind surfing, sailing, jet skiing or water skiing, dine in at one of the many excellent cafes and restaurants and, you're only a short drive or a leisurely stroll from these activities. Transport facilities are also close by.
You will be enchanted by the ocean's reflections of fhe sunset as you relax on the ocean front balcony. At night the Bay comes alive with a panorama of lights along the curved coastal outline.
Rockingham Beach is 40 minutes drive, distance of 45kms, south of Perth via Kwinana Freeways from Perth CBD.

Facilities
LUXURY BEACHFRONT APARTMENT - 2 x 1 bedroom apartment is located on first floor by stairs. The Apartment over looks the beach and parkland and is situated in a security complex.
The apartment has open plan living, full length windows onto balcony to take in the magnificent view over the Bay and Garden Island. Included is a gourmet kitchen, laundry facilities and 1 car undercover parking bay. As a TWO bedroom Apartment - Bedding configuration is one QUEEN bed and one KING bed/ two king single beds. Sleeps 4 persons.
All linen, doonas, pillows, towels are supplied. All you need to bring is yourself, food and drinks and a beach towel.
BBQ is supplied for those beautiful balmy evenings on the balcony and an umbrella is supplied to protect you from the sun's rays.

NON SMOKING - inside the building and out on the balcony.
The balcony area is for you and your guests to enjoy the ambience until the curfew time of 10pm. This is set a rule of the Strata Council and we will ask guests to comply.
As the Apartment is located on the first floor, this property is NOT suitable for children of a young age, Older children, teenagers are acceptable.
The main entrance the Apartment is at the back of the building and is up one flight of stairs to the first floor. For the grey nomads, there is no lift.
Parking facility is oneundercover carport secured in complex whick is suitable for a medium size car or small 4WD. Visitors day parking also on the property. If all visitors carbays are taken, your guests will have to park out in the street.
