Accomodation
The main lounge room offers a large room with reverse cycle air conditioning and two living spaces for dining and relaxation.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary implements to cater for a family holiday and includes a dishwasher and Miele oven.
The eating area offers enough room to seat 12-14 people for families and friends to relax in with music, television or the DVD player..
The large backyard provides an opportunity to enjoy open spaces or to sit back and relax on the deck in the sun, barbeque or just reading your favourite book.
The front verandah offers the chance to sit with your favourite beverage while admiring the ocean and taking in the views over the bay to Granite Island.
Parking is available via the rear entrance and there is room for 4-5 cars and a boat.
The house accommodates 8 people - 3 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed) a bathroom, shower and toilet are located upstairs. A separate queen size bedroom is downstairs with adjoining bathroom, shower and toilet.
Linen (sheets and towels) can be provided at an additional cost.
Doonas and pillows provided.
The laundry is equipped with a Miele front loading washing machine and a dryer.
Attractions
Local holiday facilities include tennis, fishing, surfing, golf, canoeing, sailing and many others. A stroll to the front beach allows access to the walking and bike trail to Goolwa.
This holiday destination is enhanced by the peaceful surrounds of regional South Australia. It is an easy 30 minute drive to renowned wine district of McLaren Vale.
Surf beaches are a plenty. You can walk to the Dump or Chiton beach. Other surf beaches are an easy drive and the mandatory bakery is located near all these destinations.
Other activities include whale watching, the horse train to Granite Island, sailing, wind surfing and fishing with a boat ramp located only 5 minutes away by the car
