Lily House B&B is two tariff:
There are 2 tariffs:
Tariff 1 can cater three guests. It is located to the back of the house with private entrance. It is a bright self contained one bedroom flat with ducted gas heating. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed with ensuite, built in wardrobe, bed linen and towels and electric blanket for cold winter. The ensuite is equipped to cater safely for elderly guests. The lounge comes with plasma TV and new leather breakfast stools which join nicely to the open plan kitchen/dining area, a new fridge, oven and cook top. Tea and coffee is provided.
Tariff 2 can cater 4 guests. It is located to the fount of the house. It is spacious comfortable one bedroom accommodation with ducted gas heating. It can cater up to four people. The main bedroom has nice light green frame queen sized bed and bedsides with ensuite, walk in wardrobe, bed linen and towels and electric blanket for cold winter. The spacious comfortable lounge room contains a leather sofa, beautiful mahogany dining suite, buffet unit and a new plasma TV. Two single beds are located in dining room. Laundry is available. A recently installed nice new kitchen is unavailable in this tariff, Tea and coffee are provided. A continental breakfast provision is available.

It is located in the north Canberra, a few minutes drive from Gungahlin Marketplace, Belconnen and the CBD, easy access from Barton Highway. It is close to The University of Canberra, Cockington Green and 18 holes golf courses, and a lake with joining parkland in walking distance, bus stop around the corner.
