Poppies Bed and Breakfast is in a comfortable home surrounded by beautiful gardens. It is a well insulated home with gas central heating and gas log fires in the lounge and dining rooms. Reverse air conditioning and fans are available in the master bedroom Fans and heating are available throughout the rest of the house.
There are 2 rooms available as a B&B to maximize your privacy if you require the full breakfast package for two. One front bedroom has an en suite bathroom, large shower recess and a king sized very comfortable new bed. This bed can be altered to make up 2 extra long twin beds when required. An additional bed can be added to this room if and when required for a child.
The second bedroom has a queen and double sized beds and a new ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed.
If you require the whole house it will accommodate up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms. One king sized bed, two queens and one double. We provide two ensuites (one new) and one full recently renovated bathroom with shower and bath. One of the ensuites and the main bathroom both have underfloor heating. All bathrooms have heated towel racks.
No expense has been spared on the beds and linen which includes silk duvets and sheridan high thread count cotton sheets.
The latest TV/DVD's are also available in your bedrooms. Local and well known natural P&S toiletries from Berrima are also provided for your use.
For two to 4 people ONLY staying a full and hearty home cooked breakfast using mostly local fresh and organic produce is offered daily at a time convenient to you.
You will have access and exclusive use not only your own bedroom and en suite but also the large lounge (with TV/DVD, and dining room, and a kitchenette where you can access tea/coffee/microwave/fridge and limited cooking facilities at any time.
Poppies is located within 100 metres of the main shops, restaurants,galleries etc of historic Berrima. This ensures you are only a very short stroll to the popular local eateries of Berrima, and can enjoy your favourite tipple without worrying about driving home afterwards!
If you give us notice you can ALSO ACCESS THE TENNIS COURTS ACROSS THE ROAD.
On HOT days you can cool off at the local river that is within walking distance of Poppies which has a board and rope swing to entertain the younger ones.
We do have a garage if you require this for your valued vehicle. POPPIES B&B IS AVAILABLE AS A SHORT TERM RENTAL for corporate customers also.
Poppies B&B can be rented out for up to eight people to have entire house in 3 bedrooms.
If required Poppies B&B can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms. You can then have exclusive run of the house which includes a fully functioning kitchen with 2 ovens, dining room, sitting room, 3 bathrooms, separate kitchenette, sun room and outdoor entertainment area with BBQ facilities. 2 bedrooms have a TV and the main lounge also has TV/DVD player. There is also a bookcase and games to keep you amused inside and out. Free WIFI available.
Breakfast items such as a selection of cereals, tea and coffee, bacon, free range eggs, tomatoes, bread, milk, butter etc are provided for your use also. Complementary bottle of sparkling wine and gourmet chocolates are provided as out welcome to you. You also have access to foodstuffs in our pantry and fridge.
Our beautiful outdoor area also has fully functioning gas BBQ and outside seating for entertainment.
The house is surrounded by a lovely garden and is within 100 metres of the centre of Berrima village. A stone's throw to the shops.

The tariff for the rental of the whole house is
FROM 2013 tariff is $800 for 4 adults for Fri/Sat and Public holidays ( includes GST). Please make an inquiry if you are interested in a weekly rental.
Bed and breakfast services for 2 people for 2 nights is $500 inclusive. Can take 2 couples maximum.
