The house is fully self contained, with a large fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. It has three living areas, two upstairs and one downstairs, two of the living areas have large screen tvs with Austar connection, a master bedroom with ensuite (with spa bath) and queen bed, seven bedrooms, five with queen beds and two with single beds, and two fold out double bed size sofas. There are three other bathrooms all with bath and seperate shower. The living areas open out to south facing deck areas, overlooking the river, with BBQ and out door furniture. Downstairs living area also has a 3/4 size pool table.
There is off street parking for 4 cars. It is within walking distance to shopping centre with coffee shop, large supermarkets, newsagency etc, it is also within walking distance to Flying Horse Bar and Brewery.

I arranged a weekend away for 9 blokes to escape the wives and kids, and was recommended this house from a friend who had stayed there......As he promised, it was outstanding !! The house is perfect for large group getaways. Didn't need to bring anything but food and drink. We will return. 10/10 Spronk - Geelong

Highly recommend this property. Our family group of 10 had a 4 night stay and loved Riverview Heights from the moment we walked in. Clean and beautifully presented, this house has the wow factor in so many ways, from the spaciousness, to the views, fully equipped with every need catered for. A great house to lose the kids in, they loved the space and their own TV downstairs. We were very sad to leave. Fantastic house, thank you.

How wonderful. Would recommend this property without hesitation. Everyone in our group of 15 was blown away with the house. Even the kids, they loved the garden and the enclosed yard made it safe for them to play. Felt like home from the moment we walked in which made it so easy to relax. Had a wonderful time, would love to have the pleasure of staying at River View Heights again.

Outstanding property that blew away all our expectations. The photos don't do the place justice. We had 12 men staying down there for a golf weekend and the property couldn't have been more perfect. Love the two outdoor decks with BBQ and the pool table was brilliant. The kitchen was top notch and the beds were all super comfortable. Would go back there in a heart beat.

Absolutely top class
We had a group of 16, and the house was more than enough room for us. The lower deck had table space for all of us, and the views were superb. Communication with Lorraine was great, and everything went seamlessly for us.
The location of the house is fantastic; nice and quiet, with great view of the river, but close to shopping, the brewery etc. The house really has everything you could want, including a fully equipped kitchen. There are TVs, DVD players and cable TV.
I would absolutely recommend the property to any group. The house is charming and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the recliners in the living areas.
