If you are looking for accomodation that has direct beach access, stunning views and can comfortably provide for 2 families, then this is it. The Beach House is located on a half acre property (away from the main road), set in pretty native gardens and only 30m walk to the beach.
It has amazing sea and beach views from each of the 3 upstairs bedrooms as well as the living and dining areas.
Features include 12m heated pool, table tennis table, 50 inch plasma TV and swings all on the property.
Whales and dolphins can sometimes been seen from the balcony and kangaroos and many species of native birds in the garden. This is a very relaxing environment to enjoy your holiday.
Upstairs and Downstairs Living
Upstairs Living:
The master bedroom is huge and is fitted out with a queen size bed and ensuite. There is a second bedroom with another queen size bed and a third kids room with two double bunks.
The living area easily accomodates 8 people, with 3 large comfortable leather couches and widescreen LCD TV. Also provided is a media centre with surround sound.
The dining table seats 8 and is situated next to a large fully functional kitchen which includes a dishwasher.
For the colder months there is a woodheater and a reverse cycle airconditioning unit that can be used all year round to keep you toasty warm in the cooler months and cool in summer.
Downstairs Living:
The downstairs has a master bedroom, again with ensuite and queen size bed. It has its own kitchen and massive living space with 2 leather couches, 50 inch plasma TV and table tennis table.
General Property Information
The property also offers a solar heated swimming pool which is a great alternative for those windy days. You are assured a great family holiday that includes swimming with the convenience of your own pool, irrespective of the weather. The swings are always popular with the little ones and for the bigger kids (and adults of course) the table tennis table is a lot of fun. For those interested in fishing, a 50m walk will land you at a very popular fishing spot where with a bit of luck, you may catch your dinner.

Breathtaking views. One minute walk to river mouth (fishing, swimming, kayaking) and the surf is only another one minute walk.
The house is more than comfortable and has everything you could possibly need....everything is of the highest standard.

This place was fantastic. Views over the river mouth kept us mesmerised all day. The track down to the river made for super easy access to the water and being close enough to carry the surfski's down saved using the car at all! Kitchen had everything you could think of and the house had ample space for living with 8 adults and 2 babies (almost completely separate downstairs unit great for baby nap times.)

My sister and I and our two families stayed here in winter and loved it. The place had plenty of space to accommodate us all with room for another family. The kids had a ball playing hide and seek with so many hidden spots to choose from.
Downstairs was a fantastic play room for the kids. The place was spotless and Michelle made us feel welcome having the wood fire still burning and explaining the multi media setup to us. We would recommend this property to anyone and hope to come back again.

Our family stayed in this property during March 2012. From the time I booked the property Michelle has kept us updated and informed all the way. The property suited our family needs and exceeded all levels of comfort and style. The spacious open design captured all the stunning views and natural features of the area. We were able to swim every day either at the beautiful nearby beach or in the solar heated pool.The wildlife that visited the garden daily was an extra bonus. I observed over 30 varities of birds during our stay. Our family recommends Michelle and her property to all that wish to have a magical holiday. We look forward to rebooking in the future. The fishing locations recommended produced salmon, whiting, flathead, bream and trevally. A huge thank you Michelle.

The Beach House was the making a a fantastic holiday. The house was spotless child friendly and perfect for more than one family. The views are sensational. We spent our entire week on the beach or in the swimming pool. The beach access made life easy with 3 children. The kids had a fantastic time. We had the best holiday so far.We love Pambula Beach and The Beach House and would defiantly recommend it.

This is a fantastic property - and we enjoyed our stay so much!
The House - perfect for multiple families, the kitchen is great and inspired me to cook despite being on holidays! The views are amazing - breathtaking to wake to and perfect to watch the sunset while sipping vinos on the balcony!
The beds are very comfortable as are all the lounge furniture - and the entertainment system was a great bonus with a huge selection of movies! The house is clean and free of clutter (therefore very kid friendly!)
The pool was clean and on solar power so heated nicely. You couldn't ask for better location short walk down a path to the beach short drive into town. We will definitely be back but next time intend on taking our extended family with us!
To top it all off - Michelle is very friendly, accommodating and contactable - thank you for making our stay stress free!
