There are 2 sandy tracks heading north and south from the property, one leading to the top of Cape Mentelle and the other to the private Kilcarnup Beach. (Please note you need a 4WD to access).
Art galleries, wineries and the township are all just 10 minutes drive away, making this a perfect location for a Margaret River holiday.
