Description
Comfortable cottage located in the heart of Victor Harbor with sea views towards Pt Elliot. Ideally suited for couples or small families.
The living area has a flat screen television, DVD player, stereo, Wii and PS2 as well as a reverse cycle air conditioner.
The compact kitchen has plenty of cupboard and bench space, with electric stove, microwave and dishwasher. Fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you may need as well as basic pantry supplies that are annoying to purchase for a weekend away. Local supermarkets are open until 10pm for you to stock up on anything extra. The kitchen also has a small eating area.
The large master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has bunk beds plus trundle if needed for a night or two while the sunroom has a single day bed that converts to a large double.
The bathroom has a shower in the bath, vanity and toilet. Bathmat is supplied or you can bring your own.
There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer, plus clothesline outside. Laundry powder, airer, iron and ironing board are all there if needed.
We provide the quilts, pillows and mattress protectors, you just need to bring your own bed linen and towels.
We've tried to provide everything you would need for a pleasant weekend away, as well as a longer term stay. Feedback from our previous guests has been very positive.

This is NOT a house for large groups or parties - the neighbours will report excessive noise to the police.
There is NO SMOKING inside.
Well Behaved Pets are Welcome
The back yard is fully fenced. There is a medium sized dog door from the laundry to the back yard and both a large and a medium sized dog kennel in the back yard for outdoor dogs.
Water and food bowls are provided if you prefer not to bring your own.
All you need to bring for your pets is bedding and food.
We're happy for your pet to be inside the house as long as they do not cause any damage or mess. Please try to keep them off the furniture where possible.
Please note that Riverview Road is No Standing between certain hours.
Please check the street signs for confirmation and to avoid a fine.
There is off street parking for 2 vehicles, or you can leave your vehicle safely parked on Pine Avenue instead.
The house is within walking distance of the city centre (10mins) and is a comfortable stroll to one of the best beaches in Victor Harbor. Take a walk over to Granite Island - the Penguin tour is a must! Catch the Cockle Train to Goolwa, or ride your bike along the bike path to Goolwa instead. There are also plenty of walking trails just a block away. There really is plenty to see and do!
