This stunning property situated in Loch Sport's Premier Location overlooks the Marina and Lake Victoria.
Featuring five bedrooms (sleeps 12) and a fabulous deck with great views over the lake and Marina - relax on the deck and watch the boats in the Marina and on the lake. In the evening the local kangaroos will arrive for a visit and a huge variety of stunningly coloured birds will keep you entertained all day.
Only 50 metres to the Marina Hotel right on Lake Victoria foreshore for a cool drink, lunch or an evening meal to enjoy the sunset.
The Boat House is pet friendly featuring a fully fenced backyard, secure deck with gate, two dog kennels and two raised dog beds.
The decor has been tastefully selected and features quality furniture and fittings, these are continuously replaced and updated to ensure we continue to provide a quality holiday experience.

Two bathrooms & 2 separate toilets (with handbasins). Bathroom 1 (Upstairs) is very large and features a large corner bath, shower and vanity. Bathroom 2 (downstairs) is also very large and features a shower and vanity.
The downstairs living area has a TV, DVD and an extensivce range of DVD's for your entertainment.
The upstairs living room is very large with extensive windows and sliding glass doors that lead onto the deck providing panoramic views of the Marina and Lake Victoria. This living area has a 42" HD smart TV, DVD, Video, CD and fully wired external speakers.
Both living areas have reverse cycle heating and cooling.
The dining room has an large extendable table that seats 12 people. The modern kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and an extensive range of dining and cooking equipment.
The upstairs deck area is large and features 2 hammocks, BBQ area, outdoor furniture and sun lounges. The deck is secure with a gate leading into the fenced backyard - perfect for the safety of pets or young children
The backyard is large, fully fenced and has two dog kennels
To ensure your holiday is fun we have also provided a large range of books, DVDs, Video's, magazines, children's toys and board games.
A porta cot and highchair is also available.
There is a large carport and ample off the street parking for both cars and boats.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
The Boat House is only a short stroll along the lake to the childrens playground, undercover BBQ, supermarket, Pizza shop, fish & chip shop and Marleys Cafe.
Loch Sport is set amongst the beautiful Gippsland Lakes, the 90 Mile Surf Beach and the safe waters of Lake Victoria; an easy 3 hour drive from Melbourne.
Loch Sport is surrounded by water and is the perfect venue for water based holiday activities. The lake offers something for everyone, a safe swimming beach for the kids, fishing options galore. Ideal for a range of watersports such as water skiing, kayaking, canoeing, yachting, or windsurfing. However, if its surf you want, there is 90 miles of pristine beach.
Loch Sport boasts numerous walking and cycling tracks around the town and along the shores of the Lake. Loch Sport offers a Marina, a great pub, tennis courts, golf course, bowls club, mini golf, childrens adventure park, boat club, supermarket, bakery, cafe and a fish n chip shop.
A highlight of your trip would be a visit to the Lakes National Park where wildlife is prolific.
Pricing
Deposit $200 is required to secure a booking. Final due 2 weeks before commencement, except Dec/Jan hols when final is to be paid 1 December. Public Holidays are charged at the weekend rate. Prefer bookings of 7 days or more for Christmas holiday period. Bookings of 3 days for long weekends & 4 days for Easter.
Security bonds will be refunded within 7 days of vacating the property after a property inspection is completed.
Check in Time - 2:30 PM
Check Out Time - 10:30 AM - late check-out available on weekends except during Dec/Jan hols (check with owner).
All you are required to bring is linen which includes sheets, pillow slips, beach towels and personal towels. Doonas, Doona Covers and pillows are provided.
It is your responsibility to clean up after your pet - please pick up dog excretement.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
Departing - Basic Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant unless otherwise arranged. Two hours cleaning is allowed for in your rate; any additional cleaning required will be deducted from the bond.

A wonderful property with everything we needed for a lovely short break in Loch Sport. It's a great house for a couple of families, especially with two large living areas - one for adults and one for kids! Well appointed and really comfy beds. We had a lovely time, the house is fantastic (couldn't fault it, very clean and with everything you need for a great holiday - loved the hammocks and bikes.

What can I say about the Boat House - it is so nice with so much room.
