The Walk is located close to everything that people love about Perth. Cottesloe beach, the Swan River and Fremantle are all within 10 minutes travelling time.
The villa itself feature 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and a sunny outdoor entertaining area. It has been recently re-furbished and includes good quality furniture and fittings.
The Fremantle train line is a 10 minute walk away and from there you can easily get to historic Fremantle or the stylish shopping centres of Cottesloe, Claremont, Subiaco or Perth city. Mosman Park itself also offers a range of lovely restaurants, shops and an outdoor cinema. Enjoy early morning (or afternoon) walks to Cottesloe Beach and have breakfast at one of the many cafes along the way.
The Walk is ideally suited to adults and small families who want to experience living in this coastal suburb. If in Perth for business reasons the property is also very suitable as it is very easy to access the CBD.
