Amelia House is situated walking distance to CBD on a quiet no through street looking down over the City of Burnie and the Sea which can be seen from most of the rooms and then step outside to the two upper and lower decks for some fresh air. Offering fully furnished accommodation for corporate bussiness people or just for a couple or why not bring the children for a home away from home experience.
The back elevated garden also has the same view and two swings for the children and basketball hoop for outside entertainment.
Amelia House has Leather Furniture throughout.
Bedrooms have1 King bed, 1 Queen and twin singles all with electric blankets on the beds and wall heaters on the wall.We do have a camp matteress for an extra person on the floor.
The Kitchen has a Smeg Gas cooktop and Electric oven, Microwave Oven, two draw dishwasher a large Fridge Freezer with Ice and water and every thing you need to cook up a feast. Just bring your food.
The Lounge room has a Flat screen television, Blu Ray DVD player with surround sound and a CD ipod stereo for in house entertainment.
The Dining area has an 8 seater square glass table and a television on the wall and a small bar stool table and stools to sit back and take in Burnies view.
The Bathroom has a bath and seperate shower and twin hand basins and the toilet is situated near the bedrooms with its own hand basin.
Amelia House may compare a little pricey but when you arrive and sit back you can not compare the extra luxuries and the view with any where else.

The rate for 1 to 2 Adults does only exist for one of three Bedrooms. Please let us know if you require a seperate bedroom.

spectacular views of ocean & night lights through huge windows at front of house ,beautiful garden can be seen cascading through huge windows at the back.Amelia house was modern,welcoming, comfortable& clean, Cindy the owner was very friendly.I would highly recommend staying there when visiting Tassie .
