Come and enjoy your stay at Pearl Beach in this warm newly furnished 3 bedroom house. At night you can hear the waves crashing on the beach, just 80 metres away. A brand new dining table, lounge suite and bedding compliments this beach house in an ideal location. The house sleeps up to 6 people. With a king bed double a queen bed, 2 king single beds PlUS ottoman in lounge room. All beds have sealy posture peadic pillow top mattresses. Separate bathroom and toile t. Bathroom has bath and separate shower. Tiolet and bathroom have a safety rail.
Lounge / Dining with polished timber floors with adjacent kitchen.
Large outdoor deck area with BBQ, outdoor heater and relaxing hammock chair, and a fridge to keep the drinks cold.
There are 2 televisions (two with foxtel), DVD player , washing machine and dryer. The beds are all made up so you just walk in and put your bags down. Tea/coffee/condiments and basic groceries provided so you dont have to rush out and buy what you need.The place is central to the beach on flat ground. Go north to the off the leash dog area or south for the pool and ocean bathing. This is a friendly family house, and we just want you to enjoy Peal Beach and all it offers.The house is warm in winter with full insulation and three heaters or cool in summer with a fan in every room including overhead fan in the main bedroom and the lounge room.

This home is one of the few that is pet friendly with a large fully fenced yard. Your car will be undercover in a double carport with a roof that is high enough to take the large 4 wheel drive trucks. The hose is also there to wash down cars..
It is also child friendly with portable cot (plus bedding),(2)high chair, (2)) toy box and other things (if required).
Off road parking, double undercover car port.

"Things to do on your holiday"
Activities available within the local area include: swimming, surf lessons, kayaking, fishing, boat hire, tennis, golf and some amazing bush walking. Good restaurants and beaches close by, Patonga and Palm Beach is just a 20 minute ferry ride away.
The beach, the Commelin Native Arboretum and the surrounding Brisbane Waters National Park are musts to explore. Strolling or riding the streets is a delightful way to spend a few hours. There is a beach pool with concreted area for sunbaking. There are two restaurants and takeaway shop. There is the shop for papers, coffee, and groceries and vegetables and frozen meals and goods.There are many walks at the back of Pearl beach including an easy walk to the waterfall. You walk on top of the waterfall and move further up the creek until you come to a freshwater swimming hole. Another walk is to Patonga along the bush track and back. The track starts as a fire trail near the aboretum. Have a fish and chip meal there or visit the new hotel or stroll through the council caravan park to mullet creek. Also there is an excellent play area for kids and cafe at the end of Melbourne street Umina near the Umina school. You pass Melbourne street and the school coming to Pearl Beach.Leaflets and maps at the house. There are also the heated pools and leisure centre Woy Woy with good cafe and indoor play area for kids.
A visit to the water tower and lookout above Pearl Beach and the small adjacent walk gives excellent views over Pearl Beach, the lagoon, and interesting rocks. A 5 minute walk north of the house and between houses gives access to the lagoon where the kingfishers teach their juveniles how to fish. Look into the trees for nests.
KAYAK HIRE
Whether you are in for a serious paddle or a bit of family fun single Kayaks are available for hire from the general store.
FISHING
Pearl Beach has something to offer every angler regardless of skill. The rocks beside the pool are another favourite spot for fishing. Bait and tackle are available from the general store.
TENNIS
Tennis courts are available for hire. Tennis rackets in the middle bedroom (6)
CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND
On the beachfront is a great children's playground. Equipped with swings, climbing sets and much more.
WARRAH TRIG
The views from the Warrah Trig are some of the most spectacular anywhere on the coast. You can drive to the trig but the best way to take in all the beauty is by walking up the fire trail that starts at the top of Crystal Avenue.
THE WATERFALL
At the end of Emeral Ave is a walking track that will lead you to the waterfall above Pearl Beach. The track can be a challenge in certain conditions but when the waterfall is flowing it is an impressive sight.
THE OCEAN POOL
Located at the southern end of the beach is the ocean pool.
CROMMELIN ARBORETUM
The Aboretum is an area of 4.5 hectares. Crisscrossed by easy walking paths, the Arboretum is mainly open forest and a perfect place to relax.

The home is available all year round.
Deposit: 20% to secure booking
Home is available for weekly hire and weekends to couples and families.
If booking is cancelled prior to two months of proposed stay deposit will be refunded in full. Other deposits refunded due to circumstances.
Ask for a discount if previously stayed before or for other circumstances.
