Location:

This brand new 2 bedroom apartment is in the heart of Southbank and a stone's throw away from the Casino with its wide selection of bars and restaurants. It is a short walk to the city shopping area and also The Arts Centre. A further walk along the famous Yarra River is the MCG and the Tennis Centre. The Flinders Street Station and the Southern Cross Station are also within walking distance or, you could escape the hussle and explore South Melbourne with it's own hidden unique restaurants and cafes. Supermarkets are close, as is the famous South Melbourne Market.

Apartment

Each of the two bedrooms has a queen size bed with comfortable mattresses, quality linen and an Ipad/Ipod/Iphone alarm clock.
The kitchen is well equiped wih every convenience and dining facilities for up to 6 people. There is also a fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The bathroom has quality towels for your comfort and a hairdryer. The lounge has views over the MCG and has a sofa couch which can be used as an extra bed if required (an extra cost will apply), LCD flat screen T.V., Entertainment system including DVD, CD, Iphone, Ipod connectivity.

Also included in the price is Foxtel, ADSL2+ for your personal internet use. Free local, STD and mobile telephone calls.

The Apartment Complex

There is a conceierge at the door between the hours of 7am to 7 pm Monday to Friday and the apartment has 3 security elevators with intercom security entrance 24 hours per day.

Enjoy complimentary use of the indoor swimming pool with a heated spa, sauna and gym. There is also a business centre* lounge area* and an outdoor entertaining area for your personal use. (* Are currently being completed) and for house guests only.

Very comfortable apartment with all the things you need + some extras that just made it great (some fruit and softdrinks + tea/coffee etc). Supermarket nearby for staples and restaurants both Southbank and Sout Melbourne easily walkable. Comfortable beds - including sofa bed and the pool and gym fine (in fact the pool long enough for a proper swim and not too crowded any of the time we were there for our three days. Maree was very flexible about linking up with keys - no complaints at all:)"

  • "My friend and I stayed at this property for 2 nights (would have loved more). It was excellent, beautiful quality decor with upmarket fit out in a well-designed 2 bedroom apartment. Not an overly large unit but very clean and comfortable. Good thing was there were queen beds in both bedrooms so we did not have to toss the coin for who gets the big bed. Loved the indoor pool and spa and it was great to have a balcony overlooking the city views. The location of the apartment was fantastic you could walk to everything we needed including the Crown casino if you want some nightlife. The property manager Maree provided excellent service from initial booking through to exit and was very helpful to pass on local knowledge regards where to shop and eat in South Melb. But what impressed us the most was the little extra things that she provided to make our stay more pleasurable; a big bowl of fresh fruit, chocolates galore and bottles of water and soft drinks chilled in the fridge. Definitely recommend Bank Apartments to others who seek quality accommodation close of the heart of Melbourne, hope to stay there again soon. "
