We had a lovely Easter holiday at this apartment - it was well located, extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the welcome fruit and chocolate bowls as well as the early check-in - thank-you for going to such trouble!

My husband and I stayed at The Bank Apartment for 3 nights to attend the Melbourne Grand Prix - we had a great time.

This apartment is in a great location and has lots of special touches thanks to Maree. We enjoyed our stay very much. I feel that you are a bit restricted with the bedroom setups. It has two bedrooms with queen beds. I would of preferred one queen and two singles. I feel this would suit a family better. I feel it is a bit too small to share with another couple. I look forward to staying at The Bank Apartments again.

This is an excellent 2 bed , 1 bathroom city apt, very well located in terms of access to main tourist attractions. The apt is very smart and clean and the owner is exceptionally thoughtful in leaving small extras to make your stay more pleasant.

Location, location, location this apartment was fantastic and convenient for our week long stay. Maree was the perfect host and the apartment was faultless. The little things made the stay so much more enjoyable, ie the full fruit bowl, bowl of chocolates, cold drinks in the fridge and the beautiful big beach towels for the pool. OMG The best place to stay the view is amazing.Very trendy clean appartment with all the mod cons. Maree & Frank are so accomadating with all the added extra touches of chocolates and fruit. Walking distance to the crown will stay again felt like princess.

Absolutely lovely apartment. Location is perfect for anything you could want to do in Melbourne. Tram stops close by, and an easy walk to the free circle tram. Apartment clean, modern and has great views. Kitchen fully equipped and also clothes washer and dryer provided. Maree was very welcoming and able to give us many tips about good things to do in Melbourne. Unreservedly recommend you stay here, we will definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment on the 27th floor. Great view across Melb. Communication with the owner was excellent, little touches of a fruit bowl, chocolates and drinks were unexpected, however much appreciated. Tram 112 was just over the road and took us straight up Collins st and access to connecting trams.
Recommended restaurant for us is St Katherine's in Kew, about 25 minutes on tram 109 up Collins st and to Kew- this is a lovely lovely restaurant, great staff and the food is devine.
Accommodation here is comfortable with all the facilities to eat in. Beds are so so nice. The pool and spa - very warm. With a fully equipped good gym.
A definite re-visit here will be on the agenda.

Great place to stay for access to Southbank and Melbourne city. Very comfortable apartment with all the things you need + some extras that just made it great (some fruit and softdrinks + tea/coffee etc). Supermarket nearby for staples and restaurants both Southbank and Sout Melbourne easily walkable. Comfortable beds - including sofa bed and the pool and gym fine (in fact the pool long enough for a proper swim and not too crowded any of the time we were there for our three days. Maree was very flexible about linking up with keys - no complaints at all:)

My friend and I stayed at this property for 2 nights (would have loved more). It was excellent, beautiful quality decor with upmarket fit out in a well-designed 2 bedroom apartment. Not an overly large unit but very clean and comfortable. Good thing was there were queen beds in both bedrooms so we did not have to toss the coin for who gets the big bed. Loved the indoor pool and spa and it was great to have a balcony overlooking the city views.
The location of the apartment was fantastic you could walk to everything we needed including the Crown casino if you want some nightlife. The property manager Maree provided excellent service from initial booking through to exit and was very helpful to pass on local knowledge regards where to shop and eat in South Melb. But what impressed us the most was the little extra things that she provided to make our stay more pleasurable; a big bowl of fresh fruit, chocolates galore and bottles of water and soft drinks chilled in the fridge.
Definitely recommend Bank Apartments to others who seek quality accommodation close of the heart of Melbourne, hope to stay there again soon.

From the get go Maree was a fantastic host, welcoming us warmly despite our tardiness.
The house had been fully prepared (beyond our expectations) and continued to impress us until our very last day.I can speak for all the people who stayed with me that we miss the property already.
The location is fantastic, and we found the facilities of the apartment to be top notch. We hope to get the opportunity to say again in the future.
