River-Brook Cottage is situated in a complex with 13 other cottages, but has plenty of space between cottages and has its own secure fully fenced backyard. (NICE QUIET AREA TO HOLIDAY IN)

Backyard has a large decking/entertainment area with timber table & chairs and a BBQ. There is also plenty of lawn area for a dog (we are a pet friendly accommodation) small-medium dogs only kennel provided.Tenants must clean up doggy poo before vacating. Very well catered for young children and older kids, as well as the romantic getaway.

Location-----

The cottage is situated in Ocean Grove down near the Barwon River, almost opposite the Ocean Grove Golf Course and a short walk will take you to the river,boat ramp and in close proximity is the main patrolled beach and town centre which boasts great restaurants and a new shopping complex.

This is a great area for bike riding along the bike track following the river to Barwon Heads or to Access to other coastal towns.
There is a large park and children's playground at the end of the street and you can cross from the park into Blue Lake access path, great walking spot for dogs or riding bikes or kids love to feed the ducks.

Bus stop out the front-

Barwon Heads is a five minute drive or take the walking track along the river and across the new pedestrian only/fishing bridge. Also a nice walk around the corner to central lake for bike riding or feeding the ducks.
Wallington is also five minute drive for those who like Horse riding, and strawberry picking. (seasonal)

A service station to the left and also small shop with great snacks only a few minutes walk.
Vineyards-travel15 minutes by car to some world class and picturesque vineyards on the Bellarine.
Childrens activities -Adventure park, Queenscliff Railway, mini golf. Ocean Grove Aquatic center and other activities of course surf/sun and sand.

This cottage is ideal for the family getaway or the romantic escape in the love shack.

River-Brook comes with its own car-port, is fully self contained and comprises of one double size bedroom including ceiling fan and one bedroom with bunks and trundle,as well as foldup cot and highchair available all bedding provided except beach towels.

The kitchen-dining-living area is complete with dining table which seats 4 but also has other tables outside and BBQ decking area. Large couch. Plasma T.V (93cm) DVD player with lots of chose DVD's. Games and Books & toys for the kids. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and fully size oven. Tea & coffee provided along with Access to pantry items.
There is a separate laundry, shower/small bath in one vanity and toilet.
The cottage has air-conditioning and heating plus mobile cooler. Tennis raquets and Childrens toys available. Also Dog Kennels included to make your trip away an enjoyable experience.

River-Brook Cottage grounds include a communal BBQ. garden seats, children's playground and tennis court, all within peaceful gardens and relaxed surroundings for you to enjoy your hard earned vacation.
