The Links complex has an outstanding large pool and warm spa with a large cabana alfresco area and outdoor BBQ.
This Villa is has excellent views from both upstairs and downstairs at night or at day. It comes fully self contained with full kitchen facilities and great TV and modern furniture through out. Full air-conditioning and heating.
There are 3 large bedrooms each with its own ensuite allowing guests or family their own privacy.
Located only a 14 minute drive south of the mandurah townsite.
Only 200m to the Beach!
Situated amongst The Cut Golf Course with the clubhouse and restaurant within walking distance which offers fine dining, alfresco dining, beers, wine and coffees to the public.
A short walk to the Cut Canal where you can generally see the dolphins herding the fish into the canals, a great fishing spot and picturesque walks.
You have the option of bringing your own sleeping bags an towels OR do it in style with the luxury linen package explained below.

Note: This is the provision of linen only, it is OK to be returned used, however it dose not include any weekly washing and changing, unless you request and pay the extra service.
