The apartment is on the top floor of a 3 story complex with lift access from a secure underground car park, or the ground floor entrance.
A car space is permanently reserved for your convenience.
The elevated position offers a green view across the valley from the large balcony leading from the main air conditioned living area.
A modern fully equipped kitchen is offered, complete with dishwasher and microwave.
The main bedroom is air conditioned with a queen size bed, the second room offers two king singles in bunk formation, all fitted with quality mattresses and linen to ensure a restful nights sleep.
The large sofa with the ottoman pushed in makes for a super sized queen bed for the 5th Guest If Required. (There are spare pillows, but please bring own linen for the 5th guest)
A 42" flat screen TV complete with Playstation and DVD player will keep the kids entertained, while the six place dinning setting will meet your entertaining needs.
The bathroom has a large shower and vanity, and also contains automatic washing machine,dryer and sink for all your laundry needs.
Essendon Escape is located only a couple of minutes walk from Glenbervie train station which gives unlimited access to the CBD, with a travel time of around 25 minutes.
If you elect to drive into the city, its around a 10 km drive via the expressway.
Melbourne Airport is located 13km's away and costs around $25 - $30 if you chose to travel by taxi.
Restaurants, award winning cafe's, fast food outlets and supermarkets are all conveniently located within a 1km radius.
