Close to Perth, Binningup is a beachside hideway town off the main road heading south. Binningup Green is the perfect holiday accommodation - choose from a day on the green of Binningup's world class 9 hole golf course, or spend a day at the beach.
The House
Binningup Green is the ideal destination for groups, families, singles or couples.
The whole top floor is dedicated to living and entertaining with balconies on either end, two separate lounges, and a choice of where to dine. The polished floorboards, floor to ceiling glass louvres and full width and height glass walls on either end with sliding doors that open fully, create an ambience of openness, natural light and a holiday atmosphere.
Sit by the pot belly fire on the comfortable couches, or relax on the modular sofa watching a DVD on the flat screen TV in the living area off the functional kitchen. Cook up a storm utilising the electric hotplates, the outdoor gas bbq, the electric frypan or the microwave.
Downstairs are the 4 bedrooms, ensuite, 2nd bathroom with a separate toilet and the laundry:
Configuration of the bedrooms is:
1 queen with ensuite
1 queen (at other end of the house)
2 singles, 1 with a trundle
1 king single.
The full-size cot can be easily moved on it's wheels to fit in any bedroom and the bedroom doors are sliding doors.
Downstairs is carpeted with another entrance from the laundry. There is a verandah that extends around three sides with the outdoor private hot and cold shower on this level.

Binningup Green is in a beautiful spot, perched on the side of a hill overlooking a the Binningup township and countryside.
The house is very well appointed, and the kitchen very well equipped.

A group of friends, plenty of wine and good food and we arrive to what can only be described as an amazing holiday home. Binningup was clean, pretty, had a great view over the balcony and had great facilities. The wood fire was particularly nice with the cold weather, and all for a great price.We will definately be back!!!!!

Beautiful place to stay very welcoming everything you need will definitely come again but next time we will stay longer to explore the beach and spend more time on the balcony relaxing.

Had a great stay for the weekend stayover, didnt get to enjoy the place as much as we would have liked to as we used the house as a stopover to an event we attended...
Great facilties - easy to book, easy to get there - tranquil settings. Compact tidy holiday home you can call home!Has all you require when you have large family/friends. Facilty sleeps 8 comfortably downstairs, whilst upstairs you can cook up a storm, or have a barbie on the two spacious verandah -
Sure to go back again...to enjoy the great settings - may take the golf set next time...& the fishing rod???

This property is awesome!
The house is to die for and the surburb of Binningup is so quiet and well maintained.
We stayed for Xmas, so with all the glass windows upstairs, we had coloured lights everywhere and it looked great!
The rooms are spacious and the beds were really really comfortable.
The balcony areas are great of a night time with the breeze.
I would definetly recommend this property to anyone and everyone. It is one of the best we have stayed in (and def value for money!!)
Much cheaper than a hotel room and if felt like we were staying in a resort (without a pool)

Thank you Jane for a lovely weekend. Such a nice peaceful area to relax and unwind - reasonably priced and not too far from Perth. We will be booking another trip in the near future.
