The apartment is situated on the hilltop area of Mt Martha.
Safety Beach, Safety Beach Marina, Mt Martha Beach are all close by. Easy access to Mornington Peninsula Wineries, Red Hill, Mornington and Balnarring Markets, Peninsula surf beaches and golf courses are all just a short drive away. Fishing can be enjoyed off the rocks at end of the street aproximatley 800 meters. Safety Beach boat launching ramp is only 3 Klm away.
We also have native wild life on our door step, She oak reserve directly adjacent to the apartment and Churchill park only 250 meters away.
