Located majestically on the northern ridge of Yallingup hill, and boarded by the Leeuwin National Park, this newly renovated property, has breathtaking 180 degree views extending from Smiths Beach, north to Cape Naturaliste.Not only can you enjoy undoubtedly the best views in Yallingup, but magnificent Yallingup beach is only a 5 min walk, an offers everything from world renound surf, to snorkelling, fishing, bodysurfing, or just lazing by the reef lagoon.
The characteristics of this Moorish/Mediterranean style of this holiday house are impressive as you enter through double timber and wrought iron door to the awesome central room. Comprising of large open fire, and surrounded by comfortable lounges, a good book beckons. This open living area has reverse cycle air cond-tioning for your comfort year-round. There is a separate entertaining room for those preferring to lounge in front of a good video.
The most amazing feature of this property is the ability to open the entire front of the house up with floor to ceiling bi-fold doors, onto an extensive outdoor entertaining area complete with dining settings, and timber li-low chairs. Making the most of outdoor living, there is a hooded gas bbq, are off to one side of the deck area, and a 10 setting alfresco dining area.
If you choose to stay indoors to dine, a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher) will adequately service your needs, as well as a 10 setting inside dining area.
All bedrooms, except one room (with 2 king sized singles) are located on the second story mezzanine level. All are comfortably equipped with reverse Cycle air conditioning. The master bedroom boasts a king sized bed, adjoining ensuite, and extensive bi-fold doors that open on to a large private deck area. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third bedrooms has 2 single beds.( which can be made into a king bed if required) These bedrooms share the third bathroom and toilet.
Along with 2 separate outdoor hot/cold showers, the lower entertaining area is serviced by a large bathroom/ laundry and separate toilet.
