Recently renovated and exuding casual elegance, this property is an ideal get away for couples and up to two children. (May not be suitable for very young children as waterfront is not fenced and patio is high).
Stunning wide water views from living area and master bedroom. Both bedrooms have luxurious ensuites and a balcony. There is a third full bathroom downstairs.
BBQ on the riverfront patio and step down onto the beach for a swim or a spot of fishing.
Laze around the recently refurbished and landscaped swimming pool.
Weyba Quays is a small, secure complex located in a peaceful court, yet only a five minute walk to the award winning restaurants Ricky's and Wasabi, convenience store and ferry at Noosa Wharf. Located midway between the famous Hastings St and beach and the Gympie Terrace riverfront dining and shopping precinct. Approximately a casual 10-15 minute stroll to both.

Getting to Noosa is easy as there are direct flights to Maroochydore (Sunshine Coast Airport) every day, which is about 20-30 minutes from the townhouse . The local Henry Bus Lines meets every flight from Sunshine Coast Airport and will drop you door to door.
Alternatively, fly to Brisbane, about one hour plus from Noosa. Sunair Bus Lines meets every plane and will drop you at Noosa Bus Depot, five minute taxi ride or 15 minute walk to the house or for an extra charge drop you door to door. If you wish you can hire a car at both airports.
Situated directly behind the main street of Noosa (Hastings Street)is the river suburb of Noosa Sound. The main street on Noosa Sound is Noosa Parade running from Hastings Street to Noosaville. The townhouse is located in Peza Court (last street on left hand side prior to the second bridge after travelling from Hasting Street heading towards Noosaville).If driving from Noosaville down Noosa Parade turn right into Peza court immediately after the Munna Bridge.Directions are available on google maps or the Stayz Website.
