What a lovely clean comfortable place.
We stayed for 3 nights and really loved how comfortable the beds are & clean the whole house is. There are many ornaments and normally you would see some dust - this place was spotless but still warm and welcoming - well done to the owners they have done a great job and we will stay here again.

25 Fitzroy was really great! A faithful renovation of a Grafton Heritage Property. Accommodation facilities were complete and of top quality. Reading materials were superb. (Pity 'tourists' don't have enough time to enjoy. Found the historical listings of Grafton's Floods particularly good.
Improvement suggestions: 1. Have plumber revisit and fix the noisy plumbing. (Second en-suite and back-door toilet particularly). Also to make full use of supplied (& own) reading materials, suggest some better reading lamps or focussed down-lights in e.g. living room. Not all tourists are avid TV watchers. Overall, a most impressive restoration, and equipped for great comfort.

We had 9 very easy days here. This historic house has had the big restoration done to it with no expense spared, it wreaks of luxury and comfort. Allan and Chandra are a wealth of local knowledge on surrounding areas or the plethora of diverse herbs they have planted around the house, for your usage. Quality appliances and fittings abound with open use of the excellent internet and phone service. Allan and Chandra are only a phone call away and we found they responded in minutes, otherwise the will leave you with your privacy. Everything is within easy walking distance, so shopping or a walk beside the mighty Clarence river are literally a few minutes away, we wanted for nothing here and extended our stay as it is so good, worth every star.

This is one of the best holiday rentals we've experienced. The house is spotless,spacious, beautifully appointed and ideally located for easy access to all the main points of interest in Grafton. We hope to return annually.

Lovely, comfortable property. Ideally situated in Grafton. Garden full of fresh herbs and strawberries. Full kitchen with everything needed to cook at a high standard. WIFI super quick and AV equipment excellent.

Loved loved loved this property, it was gorgeous. Very clean & homely, in a great position, fresh herbs in the garden were amazing. I wouldn't have any hesitation in booking again.
