Walk 10 minutes along vineyard, to your own private fishing spot in the Ovens river .
Situated at the halfway mark between Myrtleford and Bright, the farm is nestled at the foot of Mt Buffalo National Park and to truly get back to nature, take a walk through the vineyard along Kangaroo Creek to arrive at a peaceful scene of serenity, overlooking a dam of pristine mountain water surrounded by untouched natural ferns and gum trees. If you time it right, you may even spot a wombat!
Walk 5 minutes to the Ovens River through vineyard.

There is a raft of local family based tourist attractions for active guests including .
Favorite ,Eurobin Falls amazing nature at it best, at the base of Mt Buffalo 10 minutes drive up on the left, look out for the sign and outdoor table and chairs.
Pedaling the Rail Trail from the Eurobin Bike Shed ,ride to Boyntons winery for anti pasta and return to the Berry Farm for their blue berry ice cream sundaes or berry pancakes.( everyone"s favorite.)
Visit the Porepunkah Trail Cafe for nachos and coffee or a burger . (unique little country cafe on the trail ride opposite the Porepunkah Hotel.

Drive to Harrietville( 15 min from Bright ) visit the Bright Waters Trout Farm a delight for the children to catch their fish then bring them home to cook,or just go to see the fish, free entry.
The Lavender Farm is past the trout farm at Harrietville, relax overlooking the creek with a devonshire tea/coffee.
The Cannon Walk in Bright a must, walk along the Ovens River through the park and have a beer at the Bright Brewery,or coffee at the Riverdeck, while the children play in the large play area or go across the road and browes in Gallery 90 .
Mountain Bike or bush walk along Ovens River to Buffalo Falls and Buffalo Down,comes out to Mt Buffalo road, 5 k up is the mountain is EurobinFalls. Great photography.

The local wineries Boynton, Vic Alps and Ringer Reef, enjoy their wine, anti pasta's, local cheeses and produce.( there is a play area for children at Boyntons) sit back and enjoy the views.Also Michelini"s unquie Italian winery as you pass through Myrtleford .

Drive to MT Buffalo 35 mins to enjoy the snow .Sight see and walk to Eurobin Falls amazing family day for children to enjoy the snow the water falls.
Use our picnic basket and fill it with your favourite local cheeses and sour dough breads and compliment it with local salami or fish pate and enjoy our complimentary bottle of wine with your picnic .You may collect all your delights on your travels to our cottage at Milawa ,Myrtleford or Bright .
Drive to Falls Creek 1 1/2 hours to the snow.Bogong beautiful gardens.(Clover Arboretum)
Hothan and Dinner Plains 1 1/12 hours drive.
Beechworth is approx 40 mins drive.
The Maze at Wandiligong is a great visit and buy fresh apples at Nightingales Apple Orchard .
Experience the thrills and laughs at the Bright Slippery Slide into the Ovens River.
Myrtleford has a great out door swimming pool and Bright an indoor swimming pool
Eagle school of micro lighting if you would like tandem twin flights.(require bookings).
There is also canoeing down Ovens River.
Day tours are also available in a Limosine.

ABOUT US.
Our family farm since 1950, the farm has grown from dairy cattle to ( tobacco farm for 35 years), to a vineyard and diversifying and separating into a truly modern farm of today. Enio's father, Giovanni Cavedon, would be immensely proud of the 375 acres he cleared as bush in the1950 and is now a vineyard and destination for tourists to enjoy. The family are also part owners in the Game Meat Export Company at the entrance of the farm.

Situated at the foot of Mt Buffalo,our 265 acres of the farm land is adjoined to the Buffalo National Park offering sweeping high country vistas and Ovens river front/ Kangaroo Creek with 65 acres of vines planted and Angus Cattle and sheep.
