A Bali-inspired Burliegh Waters holiday home which has features we would all love to have in our own homes.
The Master has a King Bed and ensuite with Pool views, the other 3 bedrooms have Queen's with the option of two roll away beds at a small fee. Sleeping a maximum of 10 guests, so perfect for two families holidaying together.
Walk to the beach at Burleigh Heads, or Stocklands shopping centre is just minutes away and there is a waterfront playground only metres from this property. Your children will also enjoy the white sandy canal front, for building sand castles or dropping a line in the water to catch the evening meal.
The modern spacious Kitchen is the 'hub' of the home, so the cook doesn't miss out on all the activity and can also enjoy the fabulous water views.
The Retreat boasts 2 living areas, with the rumpus room housing a PlayStation, DVD's and TV. The Main Living area as a huge Plasma and amazing water views.
Spoilt for choice when it comes to the outdoors - you can choose from the large covered waterfront deck, opening off the living areas or relaxing by your private pool in a sun lounger surrounded by Palms moving slightly in the sea breeze. Our Pool is complaint and holds a safety certificate for parents peace of mind.
The living areas have two reverse cycle air-conditioning units plus ceiling fans and screens on the windows.
All linen is supplied, just bring your own beach towels or buy some new ones while on holiday.
The house includes a separate laundry with washing machine / dryer and this property is fully secure, with off street parking for two cars.
A 10 minute drive will take you into Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach if you wish to kick up your heels and enjoy the night life or just stay local and enjoy Burleigh Heads beach, the boardwalk, nature walks, cafes, shopping and the waterfront play area's.
The major theme parks are 10 to 30 minute drive away, with Coolangatta airport only 10 mintues away and Brisbane airport a 50 minute drive.
The retreat is your own tropical oasis and is the idea place to relax, unwind and have some water fun without leaving the house.

A minimum 3 night stay is required and a surcharge for weekend stays. As we are in a residential area we have a strict no party, group functions, Schoolies, or celebrations. Policy.
