Full Linen is supplied at no extra charge as well as portacots and high chairs.
Although we do not allow pets, there is a nearby Pet Motel recommended by our local vet (About 7km away).
Hargraves Beachhouse is an exclusive holiday house for up to 12 guests. There are 12 seperate beds. Four of the five bedrooms can be altered to suit combinations of king doubles and or twin singles.
The house and facilities are family friendly with port-a-cots and high chairs available at no charge. Infants under age 2 stay free..
We are located on the upper NSW Central Coast of Australia on Elizabeth Drive, Noraville's only beach fronted street, - just over an hour's drive from Sydney, 30 mins South of Newcastle and 45 mins from the Hunter Valley.
This luxury holiday house is perched on the high side of the street with spectacular panoramic ocean and coastal views from most parts of the house including the incedible 47 metre long wrap-around deck and the outside heated Spa.
The massive 65 squares of ground floor area is twice the size of an average house and offers completely private and self - contained accommodation with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to 12 guests all on one level. Air conditioning is to every room.
We have a limit of 8 adults, as one bedroom contains 2 Double Deck Bunk Beds. These double deck bunk beds have pillow-top best quality mattresses and are adult size and length, but access to the top two bunks is by a small ladder as you can see in the above photo gallery, thus more suited to children and teenagers.

Hargraves BeachHouse is divided into two private and totallly separated self-contained living levels.
The ground level including all living, entertainment and sleeping areas, backyard, spa and street level double garage is for guest's exclusive use.
The first level has its own garage and private access and is occupied permanently by owners and caretakers Ian & Lyn McCallum. This allows ON-SITE Caretaking and Check-In. It also allows the Return of Bond at CHECKOUT.

Hargraves Beach House is immaculately presented and has it all - a fully equipped Gourmet Kitchen, extensive modern facilities, plenty of areas to relax and unwind, and a beach just 20 metres from the front door, huge entertaining areas, - a luxury house that truly caters for up to 12 guests and suits groups of individuals or families.
Linen includes sheets, pillowslip and bath towel. Blanket and pillow also supplied. Our linen is commercially laundered at 70 degrees C.
Bathrobe Hire: $ 10 per person
Waste Disposal
Two large (Sulo)) waste bins are supplied for single use.
We have allowed guests the equivalent of double the quantity of normal weekly household waste collection.
Unauthorised Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited without prior approval and may result in loss of your bond, eviction and/or additional payments.
LOCAL FACILITIES
BEACHES
Beach access is opposite the house leading to a sheltered, family-friendly beach. Hargraves Beach is protected by a reef creating calm conditions, ideal for children. There are also patrolled surf beaches a short distance away at Lakes Beach and Soldiers Beach. Nearby Cabbage Tree Harbour has a tidal rock pool and small sheltered beach suitable for young children.
Jenny Dixon Beach, Park and Picnic (BBQ's) area is 5 minutes walking distance.
LAKES
Lake Macquarie, Budgewoi Lake & Tuggerah Lake are nearby and are ideal for water sports and fishing. There are also cycle and walking paths along almost the entire sections of these lakes
FISHING
Hargraves Beach is popular for beach fishing year round and the large rock platform below Norah Head Lighthouse is also a popular spot. Cabbage Tree Harbour has a boat ramp for access to the ocean and there are boat ramps to the lakes; the closest being to Budgewoi Lake from Slade Park on the southern side of Budgewoi Bridge - 4km from the house.

- Kayaking on Lake Macquarie
- Visit the vineyards in the Hunter Valley (45 min drive) and experience a seated VIP tasting session at Ivanhoe Wines exclusive to Hargraves Beach House Guests.
LOCAL FACILITIES
A large range of local shops (including Coles and Aldi supermarkets) are five minutes drive away at Toukley and Budgewoi. The Toukley markets are open each Sunday and the Farmers Market at The Entrance is every first and third Saturday of the month.
Both Toukley and Budgewoi have a variety of restaurants, cafes and clubs.

Tariffs are divided into NSW Holiday and Non- Holiday periods. Bond can be guaranteed by providing credit card details rather than providing cash. Adults are 18+, a child is anyone over age 2- 17 - .Linen is supplied for all guests.
SPECIAL: FREE THIRD NIGHT - Make any weekend a long weekend! Get an extra night's accommodation or a late checkout with any booking of 2 days or more - Public Holidays excepted.
