Marvel at the uninterrupted views and experience the wonderful location of Main Beach. The setting is an elegant apartment, pool area and then the patrolled beach beyond. Absolute beachfront location with no road to cross.
This newly refurbished 10th floor appartment offers spacious living areas, modern kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms:
The lounge and dining area afford plenty of space to relax and soak up the breathtaking views.
Step outside onto the wrap around balcony and laze on the sun lounger, or enjoy the outdoor setting soaking up the views. Look north to Brisbane or south to Coolangatta. Spectacular! Situated on the 10th floor, you are close enough to see surfers and dolphins in the waves and watch whales passing by.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. Open the curtains to see the surfers in action! The second bedroom has 2 brand new single beds. Both bedrooms have built in cupboards.
There is a family bathroom complete with bath, shower, toilet and vanity. A hair dryer is also provided.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for your needs, and includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove top and full size fridge / freezer. There are also various small electrical appliances, e.g. sandwich toaster, rice maker, electric beater, to name a few.
There is a separate laundry which has a washer, dryer, clothes rack, iron and ironing board for your convenience.
All linen items are supplied - sheets, blankets and bath towels. (Beach towels are not provided)
Foxtel Digital, DVD and ipod doc supplied.
The perfect place to relax! Facilities include a fully heated, large outdoor pool, secure underground parking and large BBQ and grassed area.
Laze around the pool whilst hearing the ocean a few meters away.
Safe, patrolled golden beaches, childrens parks, fabulous shopping, family entertainment and nightlife are all there to be enjoyed.
Fancy a coffee? Just cross the road. Experience a trendy cafe or a gourmet restaurant? Tedder Ave is a short 5 minute walk away.
No need to use the car as the cafes, restaurants and boutiques of Tedder Avenue are a short 5 minute stroll from your front door. Soak up the atmosphere whilst enjoying a coffee. If you need to pick up supplies, a dvd, newspaper or a bottle of wine, these can all be found on Tedder.
A variety of children's playgrounds await. Walk to one of 3 amazing parks. Let the children feed the peacocks, geese, ducks and fish whilst you enjoy a relaxing coffee in the cool tranquil park surrounds.

Fancy dropping a line? You can. On the beach, right in front of the apartment, or you can head to the Spit at the end of Seaworld Drive.
Kite surfing and surfing lessons are also avaliable along the beach.
