The chef’s kitchen has luxurious European appliances, maple wood bench tops and quality serving accessories for the preparation of that special buffet lunch of locally caught seafood and fresh exotic fruits.

Cottonwood has three double air conditioned bedrooms with a spa bath in the main and wide shady verandas on every side enabling many options to sit and relax and enjoy the various views and changing colours of the landscape.

Whether your stay is a romantic getaway or a family adventure, Cottonwood provides an ambience of casual elegance that invites the outdoors in. A key feature of the home is a sliding 8 metre glass wall that opens onto the veranda and the stunning freeform pool that appears to float out into the sea.

The kitchen windows also open out to a servery, the deck and the outdoor pavilion - the perfect place for sunset drinks and a dinner barbeque.

The master bedroom also features glass walls opening on to the deck and there is a private outdoor “rainforest shower” with stunning ocean views.

Nature in all its beauty surrounds you - wake to the song of birds high in the rainforest canopy - at dusk you may see a family of wallabies feeding on the grass and be lucky enough to see the resident cassowary.

Cottonwood also has a separate studio with bathroom to accommodate another 2 adults or 4 children.
