'The Moorings' is a waterfront complex with an inground pool landscaped by tropical gardens and it's own private jetty. It is an easy walk from Soldiers Point Marina and Soldiers Point shops which offer everything from a small corner shop, a friendly coffee shop or waterfront dining.
Townhouse two is ideally positioned close to the water so that it has wonderful waterviews from the living area and the main bedroom.
If relaxation is what you are after for your next well earned break look no further as this spacious apartment has a spa bath in the main bathroom and an outdoor spa in the courtyard area.
The tri-level layout has all the main living areas on the split level ground floor, the main and 2nd bedroom are on the first level, the 3rd on the next level and then at the very top is a spacious mezzanine level with some futons.
