Available Dec to March and Easter as well as all, school holidays Sea-Brook House is situated in a quiet court but within walking distance to the beach at the end of the street,approx(200 meters) hear the waves from the large undercover entertainment area/balcony which includes BBQ and table seating for 8-12 people, as well as downstairs decking area for another entertainment area & BBQ (Relax in a hammock) or just enjoy the garden surrounding which attract many species of birds.

The secure fully fenced back yard consists of small basketball area and plenty of room for the precious family pet dog.(Small to Medium only) Please check with owners when making an enquiry. No pets in the house. Dog bed provided & Kennel.

House consists of 4 bedrooms(1 with ensuite) all with queen size beds and 1 room with bunks & fold up cot, and also fold out divan is also available. There are 3 living areas, well equipped kitchen (stainless steel) large frig/microwave/gas hotplates with wok burner and also small kitchenette upstairs/ microwave and tea & coffee making facilities.

Two indoor eating areas enough chairs for 12 people. Reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans in two bedrooms and other mobile fans available.

All living areas have TV's (2 large flat screen connected to FOXTEL both TV's / 2 smaller size Tv's one with DVD player and includes large range of DVD's for all ages and collection of board games as well.

Also there are 3 showers (HAIR DRYER) /spa bath and 3 toilets. Large washing machine/dryer which makes washing beach towels easy.
ALL LINEN INCLUDED AT NO EXTRA COST & ACCESS TO PANTRY SUPPLIES ALSO.

LOCATION

Sea-Brook located in Ocean Grove 30 minutes from Geelong and about 75 minutes from Melbourne.
Walk to beach, no need to drive, convenient if you wish to return for lunch or drinks.
Point Lonsdale light house can be seen to the east. Walk to patrolled beach west continue walking you will reach Barwon Heads.
A short walk takes you to the Cheeky Cow cafe for coffee and cake and behind the shop large children's playground. Located within walking distance to the Collendina Hotel, for bistro meals and outdoor area for children.
During your stay visit the Great Ocean road, ride the train at Queenscliff or cycle the Belllarine rail trail or catch ferry to Sorrento.
15-20minutes drive to Queenscliff, Torquay, Pt Lonsdale, Geelong and Portarlington Olive Groves and Wineries. Coastal Markets

As this is a private home used part of the year and now we are an empty nest couple, have decided to downsize, so you are welcome to most of the house. Except the office front room and the garage which are both used to store personnel items and locked but still off street parking available.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING IN HOUSE OR EXCESSIVE ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION.
