Clem &Tines Vintage Beach House a gorgeous 2 storey home just perfect for time away to relax and unwind. Beautifully furnished and presented with 3 bedrooms and a semi ensuite bathroom, large family kitchen, meals area, spacious lounge room with leather lounges. Sleeps 6 to 8 people.
Clem&Tines Vintage Studio is located in the alfresco area providing another bedroom, small sitting area, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom, there is a private alfresco area provided for the studio. Features a queen sized bed, quality furniture, TV with DVD player, reversce cycle air -conditioning, crockery, cutlery, toaster, kettle, jaffle maker, picnic basket. Sleeps 2 people -separate pricing on request.
Clem & Tines Vintage Beach Cottage located at the rear of the property features a sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and A/C. Sleeps 4 people - separate pricing on request.
There is an alfresco entertaining area with BBQ, a large lawned area for the back yard cricket game, plenty of parking plus so much more to enjoy in this wonderful idyllic Beachside town.
The property sits on approx 1500sqm of landscaped lawns and gardens surrounded by Peppi trees, all behind a white picket fence with double gate entry, hence plenty of off street parking.
We provide all linen, blankets and towels, the property features quality furniture throughout and the kitchen is fully equipped should you want to prepare meals at home.
We have an enormous selection of DVD's, 2 TV's one downstairs and one in the master bedroom, books, house and garden magazines, chess and other board games. We have a portable cot and hi-chair available also.
There are share laundry facilities (shared with Clem&Tines Vintage Beach Cottage & Clem & Tines Vintage Beach Studio) in the alfresco area.
Both the living areas downstairs have reverse cycle air-conditioning as do all the bedrooms up stairs, 2 of the bedrooms have balcony access.
The Studio and the Cottage also have split system air conditoning.

BINNINGUP
Just 1 1/2 hours from Perth and 20 minutes to Bunbury makes Binningup the perfect holiday town.
The reef off the coast allows Binningup to be a great beach for fishing, surfing, snorkelling and boating, 4 wheel driving is permiited on the beach and dogs are also allowed.
The main beach strip is great for swimming and there is a boat launch there also.
The house is walking distance to the beach, surf/fishing club, shop, playground, oval and skatepark. The cycle paths around the area makes it easy to get to both park and beach by foot or bike.
In golfing circles, Binningup course is quite well known. It is a beautiful 9 hole ocean view course with resident kangaroos, it is very well maitained and well respected in golfing terms. Definitely worth a round or two!
Located at the start of the South West Wine region, Binningup offers both a relaxing holiday experience and easy access to the regions many tourist attractions.
The Ferguson Valley is just a delightful day trip for lunch and wine tasting with Bunbury well recomended for shopping and its many popular restaurants. Bunbury is also famous for its dolphins, certain times of the year the dolphins often swim near the Binningup shores.
