Goolwa Beach is just a 3 minute drive away.
Walk down the street a couple of houses and you will be able to dine at the famous Aqua Cafe Restaurant. Wonderful views and great food.
If you walk a little further you will be able to enjoy an exotic beer from The Steam Exchange Micro Brewery.
This house is aircondtioned and we think you will find it very comfortable.
Dining table in the open plan living/kitchen extends to 10 people with access to balcony with outdoor setting to enjoy river views and those balmy summer evenings.

Absolutely brilliant. A great time spent with friends over the Easter holiday in an awesome house in great location. Brilliant deck with views, close to river, beach and town. We recently stayed at this wonderful beach house at Goolwa. The house has everything you require (and more!) and is only a 2 minute walk to the Aqua Cafe. The house is bright, clean and fresh and is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

WOW. THE GOOLWA SOUTH BEACH HOUSE WAS AN ABSOLUTE DELIGHT TO STAY IN. BEAUTIFUL HOUSE WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED, CLOSE TO ALL THE LOCAL OFFERINGS INCLUDING AQUA CAFE, BEACH, RIVER AND THE OUTSTANDING SOUTH LAKES GOLF COURSE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

We had a lovely time staying at this spectacular home at Goolwa South just recently. The home is clean, fresh and very comfortable. It has all of the amenities you could possibly hope for. Had a fantastic end of year footy trip at the Goolwa Beach House. A very warm and homey place away from home. We found it very clean and classy with everything considered for all visitors... Especially the beds, soooo comfy!! Thankyou for such a beautiful property for our trip and see ya next year.... The Dragon Girls :)

We were fortunate to stay at the Goolwa South Beach House while our kids were at a Spring Sailing Clinic. The location was perfect and the house was fantastic. We have already recommended this house to all our friends. Really happy and grateful to have stayed at the Beach House.

a very neat and comfortable house.Well presented - the furniture was nice and the kitchen stocked with basic amenities and cooking utensils.The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.Good enclosed backyard for kids and a short walk to the well known aqua cafe.Would recommend this property to friends.
