Kirwan 3 apartment is located in Jindabyne, the gateway to the Snowy Mountains. Travelling west, it is left ,off Barry Way highway, last round-a-bout from the Jindabyne shops.
Kirwan 3 apartment is a 30 minute drive to the mountains in Thredbo and Perisher. For swimming, fishing and boating enthusiasts, a launching area, called the Clay Pits on Lake Jindabyne is 300 metres walking distance, from the apartment.
Kirwan 3 apartment is the ideal accommodation solution for groups and families.
The open plan lounge and kitchen with heating and air conditioning faces north, which allows for a sunny aspect and has great views from the lounge window, to the Lake Jindabyne. The couch and kitchen table are big enough to allow comfortable seating for all.
There is heating in all rooms, two bathrooms (one with laudry facilities) and a separate toilet and basin. In the complex, there is an outside sitting area, pool and 2 parking spots, one under cover. There is also a car/boat washing bay for your convenience.

Located approximately 2 hours drive from Canberra on the edge of Kosciusko National Park, Jindabyne and its surrounds provides visitors with an abundance of activities and attractions, other than the popular ski resorts of Thredbo and Perisher. Explore the unspoilt rivers and lakes, walking trails, spectacular caves and historic huts within the National Park. Enjoy boating, fishing, water skiing or kayaking on Lake Jindabyne. Other nearby activities include mountain biking, horseriding, rock climbing, abseiling, golf and tennis. Guided walks and adventure tours are also available for your enjoyment.

Sleeping arrangements at Kirwan 3 apartment
The apartment features an open plan kitchen/living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher.
There are 4 bedrooms (linen supplied) which sleeps up to 10 people in comfort.
The following is the bed configurations in each bedroom:
bedroom 1: Queen bed
bedroom 2: 2 single beds
bedroom 3: 4 single beds (two bunk beds)
bedroom 4: 2 single beds.
The apartment also features 2 bathrooms. Bathroom 1 has a shower and vanity and bathroom 2 has a shower, toilet and laudry facilities (washer and dryer). There is also a second separate toilet.
