The open plan living/dining/kitchen area makes 'Middleton' ideal for groups.
The house has 2 split system air conditioners for cooling and heating. It also has a solid fuel heater for those cold winter nights, when you want to relax on the comfortable lounge and chat or watch a DVD.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher and coffee machine. It is fully equipped for large groups, with a large dining table and 2 fridges.

There are 4 bedrooms, 3 with Queen size beds and 1 with 2 bunks and a single bed, sleeping 3 families comfortably.

To ensure parents get time to relax, the play room is stocked with games to provide hours of fun for kids of all ages.

Comfortable seats on the front deck provide the perfect opportunity to enjoy the morning sun with a good book and a cuppa.

The enclosed yard is suitable for pets and there is a dog kennel undercover. (Pets not permitted inside the house)
