Located next to Vincentia Shopping Centre - 300 metre walk to beautiful Collingwood Beach, Jervis Bay. Vincentia is approximately 2.5 hours from Sydney CBD, 2.5 hours from Canberra and 20 minutes' drive from Nowra. "By the Beach" is a large private, modern, single storey, two bedroom apartment situated in a block of three units. Would suit a family with two or three children (unit has an extra king single bed), a single couple or two couples looking for a relaxing holiday experience. No need to use your car, just leave it in the driveway and you can walk everywhere, as the beach, shops, restaurants are just around the corner!
