This two bedroom, first floor unit features TV, DVD, newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher & microwave, external laundry with washing machine & dryer located off courtyard, under cover parking and air conditioning in living area. Main bedroom has a queen bed with built in robe and second bedroom has 2 sets of bunks and a wardrobe. Original condition bathroom with walk in shower. There is a small webber BBQ on the balcony which has a leafy outlook.
A wonderful location for the family getaway.
Please note a $500 security deposit is applicable.
