The open plan cottage does not have bedrooms but has an upstairs double bed area and the living area downstairs has a bed-sit section with one double bed and a child bed

The rate for Friday & Saturday is $105 per person per night
Sunday - Thursday is $95 per person per night.

A deposit of to the value of 30% of the booking fee is required to confirm the booking - refundable if the booking is cancelled 2 weeks or more before the booking date.

Full payment - non refundable - required 1 week before the booking date

Full refund available if cancelled 2 weeks or less before the booking date only if the accommodation let to another guest.
