The House
The master bedroom has a large walk in wardrobe, and the other 2 bedrooms one has a wardrobe.
And both with comfortable beds.
The kitchen has gas hotplates and fan forced oven, as well as fridge-freezer combination, microwave, kettle and toaster.
The laundry is fully equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board and offers direct access to the backyard and clothes line.
Towels and linen are provided free of charge.
The garage is secure parkining
Only 5 min FROM CLARKSON INTERCHANGE - currently Perth's northernmost train station - though enjoying a quiet location. Perth City can be reached in a 30 minutes breeze. Or hop off after 2 stops at JOONDALUP,where you can spend a whole day at the Lakeside Shopping Centre!
A 5-minute-drive by car from your holiday house will take you to popular MINDARIE KEYS with its cafes-pubs-restaurants, and to unspoilt Mindarie Beach.
A 7-minute-drive up north and you are at QUINNS BEACH with miles of breathtaking coastline and white sandy beaches.
Further close-by tourist attractions not to be missed are YANCHEP NATIONAL PARK (10 minutes) to watch Koalas, Kangaroos or bush walking or a round of golf.
The famous HILLARY'S HARBOUR (15 minutes along the coastal tourist drive) Hillarys, is departure point to picturesque Rottnest Island.
The large OCEAN KEYS SHOPPING CENTRE which meets all your groceries needs for your self-contained stay and lots more. Have your choice of take-away in "food street" or dine out at the Whale and ale cafe and pub.

Guest Details and a sighting of Photo ID Passport or Driver Licence is required on arrival.
Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If it a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $60 cancellation fee will apply.
A security bond of $500 is applicable, payable at time of booking. This will be fully refunded providing the property is left in the condition which it was found.

Unfortunatley, we are unable to accept pets. It is a NO SMOKING home and we ask that any visitors that choose to smoke keep to outside areas only and use ashtrays provided.
