Sandy’s Sandcastle is just a few minutes drive from many fabulous beaches with crystal blue water, great for all your water sport activities including swimming, snorkeling, surfing, fishing… Nelson Bay Town has all your holiday needs provided for including Coles, butcher, beauticians, and hairdressers. Or forget the groceries, as you will be spoilt with magnificent restaurants to choose from.
During the day, have a swing at the 18 hole golf course, play a game of tennis, Take a chartered fishing tour, catch the latest movie, stroll the Marina and shops and at night head to the club for some entertainment. All just a moment’s drive from Sandy’s Sandcastle.

This large 3 bedroom Duplex has been well appointed with LCD TV, Video and DVD player. The Kitchen modern with stainless steel appliance. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and ensuite. The 2nd Bedroom has a queen so it is great place to stay for two couples or bring the family as the third bedroom has 2 singles. The bathroom has a spa bath and shower. There is a fully equipped Laundry. The balcony has a beautiful bush view and outdoor setting. The landscaped Terrace has BBQ and outdoor setting

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
In the event of a cancellation one month before the arrival date full refund less $20.00 booking fee. A cancellation two weeks to a month before arrival date, 50% refund may be given. A cancellation within two weeks before arrival date, no refund may be given.
A 50% deposit is due within one week of making the reservation. Full payment is due one month before arrival date of reservation.
SandyÂ’s at the Beach will accept a cheque in advance but not on arrival.
We have a strict no party policy and no groups other than families of maximum 6 people. Any damages are to be paid for.
