Ocean Views is a 4 Bedoom, 2 storey house ideal for family holidays or long weekend getaways. Positioned at the end of the Coast Avenue cul-de-sac the house has 2 bedrooms upstairs, with living and kitchen opening on to a stunning front deck. The sunrise over the pacific is simply majestic from the masterbedroom. Downstairs has a further 2 bedrooms with a large living area that opens onto the level front lawn ideal for kids to play on or to sunbake with a good book inbetween trips to the crystal clear waters of North Boomerang beach.
Golf and Tennis courses are nearby with the stunning Boomerrang headland walk just a hop skip and jump from your front door. The local rec club provides an ideal location for laidback evening drinks and several local restaurants offer outstanding al fresco dining. Smiths Lakes provides a playground for the sailors and kite surfers of the area with fabulous kids lake beaches and cafes.
