This older style holiday house is perfect for families to be able to get away and experience the views and sunset deserving of all !
You will be drawn to the lakeside windows as an ever changing natural painting unfolds in front of your eyes, no matter the weather you will enjoy the million dollar view !
The house is 2 story and you will find on the top floor: a large living room with TV and DVD and comfortable lounges.
Sit and day dream as you gaze at the view from the lounge room or lakeside decking.
The kitchen- dining room contains all needed to cook up a holiday meal or step out of the kitchen on to the back decking and enjoy a family BBQ ! 1 queen and 1 double bedrooms and a bathroom complete the top floor living. Also available for use is portacot, stroller and highchair.
You may even be lucky enough to share the railing with parrots and other beautiful birds.
The ground floor has a second living area complete with wood fire place to ensure a cosy stay during the cooler months.
Along with 2 more bedrooms ~ 1 x double bed and 2 single beds, and in addition we have 2 mattresses are available for use for teens or children. We are happy for up to 2 extra children on your own blow up mattresses to stay should this suit your family size. A second bathroom\laundry can be found on the ground floor. A second fridge in laundry.
Play station and board games complete the package.

Stroll down the bush path, to lakes edge a sandy beach idea for swimming with your family.
Walk along the edge of the lake to the famous Frothy Coffee boat shed to hire a boat for the morning and then perhaps coffee & an ice block for the children for afternoon tea.
The local childrens park is within in walking distance, and with water views perfect for both parent and children, the village does have a skate park a little further afield.
Smiths Lake is salt water lake and perfect for enjoying all forms of water sports. Boat ramp is 2 mins away.
The houses wild bush garden contains many delights, full of Australian native plants, enjoy the surprise discoveries as you relax in the shade and listen to the sounds of the Australian bush.
Sit back of an evening with a drink in hand as the children play and watch the magical colours of the sky change as you witness a spectacular sunset view !

Only a short distance to Blueys and Boomerang surf beaches, the glorious Celito beach is just across the sandbar, Elizabeth beach is perfect for families and patrolled during holidays and then for those naturalists amongst us there is the secluded Shellys's beach, truly a hidden secret of the region.
That's 5 beaches within 8 mins. ! Not to mention the beaches to be found a little further a field at Seals Rocks & Forster/Tuncurry area.
The local clubs have restaurants and the local shops will cater for most of your needs with a butcher, baker, general store/newsagent, bottle shop, and cafe / take away. Pacific Palms Sea Food is only a few minutes away, the perfect place to get your fresh local sea food.
20 minute drive to Forster/Tuncurry.
Pacific Palms, Wallis and Smiths Lake are surrounded by National Parks with secluded pristine beaches. Smiths Lake is separated from the ocean by a natural sand bar and great for all water sports and safe swimming for the kids.
