Located on a quiet ridge accessed by a private road, the property features a wooden deck overlooking established tropical gardens, rolling lawns and bushland and a BBQ-entertainment area at the back of the house. Koalas, kangaroos are regular visitors as are an astonishing array of native birdlife.
There is an above ground pool - the perfect place to cool off in the heat of summer and after a day at the beach.
In immaculate condition, Binkey's is a special place, comfortable, stylish; elegantly furnished with treasures from the Asian subcontinent and gorgeous carpets on polished wooden floorboards. There is spacious sun-drenched open plan living room, galley style fully equipped Bosch kitchen, a large main bedroom with a brass double bed and a library/sleeping nook with a comfortable single bed off the living room - and two gorgeous Indian day beds (best for children).
The place is ideally suited to couples but can sleep an extra adult or a couple of small children.
There is a bathroom and separate tiled dining room/conservatory.
The house is fitted with new white timber fans, and track lighting - plasma TV, DVD and CD/IPod player.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time in this cottage - decorated with gorgeous furnishings and objects from around the world. It felt homely and special - very different from the usual holiday accommodation. My daughter loved the pool and I loved the books - Seal Rocks is such a magical place so we would love to return.
