Rosedale

Description

This house is one of the original Rosedale cottages built in the 1960s. It has been in the same family for over 50 years and has undergone numerous extensions and improvements. It is comfortable and friendly without ostentation and very easy to live in. There are three bedrooms - a singe and a double upstairs with an en suite bathroom, and a double downstairs with a second bathroom. There are two large living areas and two dining areas plus a large outdoor deck.

Surrounded on two sides by Crown land that features the spotted gums and macrazamia so typical of this part of the far South Coast, the house faces north and looks out over the bush to bay, inlet and ocean views. The three beaches of Rosedale and the private cove below the house offer the best of the Pacific Ocean for all ages - a child friendly, wave-free experience of the sea, plenty of rock pool exploration, vigorous board and body surfing, and simple dips in the ocean on calmer days.

This is the perfect place to relax away from urban noise, light, commercial activity and pollution.

Bond

A $200 bond is required in order to confirm your booking. The bond is refunded following the security and cleaning check after you leave.

You need to take your own bedding, linen, towels, tea towels.
