Description
This fantastic 2-bedroom, 18th floor city apartment has stunning water views and is perfectly positioned on the Yarra River at Flinders Wharf, just near the corner of Flinders and Spencer Streets in the Melbourne City Centre (CBD). It's right next to the World Trade Centre and just across the river from the South Wharf DFO's (direct factory outlets), the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centres, Crown Casino and the Southbank restaurant and entertainment precinct. The city trams run right by the building, including the free city circle tram. It's also just a very short walk to Southern Cross Train Station and the Docklands precinct.
The apartment itself has two bedrooms. Bedroom One has a queen bed and Bedroom Two has the option of either a king bed or two long-single beds. There is one central bathroom, two toilets and laundry facilities, including washing machine and clothes dryer. The kitchen overlooks the living/dining room and it's well-equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove/oven and a microwave oven. The living area has tv, dvd player, lounge suite and a 6-seater dining setting. There's a balcony off the living room with a table and 2 chairs.
Special features include; reverse cycle heating/air-conditioning, intercom, electronic door entry system, lift access to the apartment, and remote control and lift access to one free under-building car parking space (maximum height clearance 2.2m).
