Apartment is on the third floor with great views of the bay and picnic area on Cowes foreshore.
The apartment has two bedrooms with built in robes, two bathrooms one with a spa bath and a generous open living area as well as a kids retreat.
A well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and hotplates, while the main living area offers TV, DVD, radio, CD and tape player and has a split system heating and cooling. Kids retreat has a TV, VCR and a sofa bed.
A balcony with great views of Westernport Bay, leads off the main living area as well as the main bedroom.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed while the second bedroom has a double bed and bunks.
All beds have doonas with covers, pillows and extra blankets.
Tenants are asked to supply their own linen and bath towels.
