This magnificent property with breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean from each of the living areas and balconies, makes for an enviable holiday position. Whether it be family reunions, group get-togethers, small conferences, special occasions, or just where you need an exceptionally large house, this house in Korora is ideal.

There is room here for 4 families as the house sleeps 18 people. There is also an optional 1 brm apartment sleeping 4 people within the house if you need more space. In addition, there is a fully-self contained 2 brm adjoining apartment which sleeps 5, if you require more rooms. This beautiful dwelling would easily sleep 27 people if you booked all 3 places.

This house is in a prime position with lovely easterly views, overlooking the 11 metre resort style pool and tropical gardens, out to the ocean. Just 400 metres walk down the street, you will find beach access steps and a beautiful coastal walk.

Layout

On the upper floor of the main house are 5 queen size bedrooms. Four of these have a queen bed (one also has a single), and one has a double bed. The master bedroom has a His-and-Hers walk in robe, and the others have built-ins. There is a large, open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, a very large bathroom with a corner spa and separate shower, an ensuite with bath and separate shower, and a powder room. Also on this level is a balcony with superb views and outdoor dining.

On the lower floor are 3 bedrooms; two with a queen bed (one also has a single) and one with two singles. There is a bathroom, powder room, lounge room, laundry, double garage, and a balcony with outdoor dining and BBQ, overlooking the pool and ocean.

The 1 bedroom apartment called Breakers opens out to the downstairs living area if you decide to book this additional space. Otherwise it remains locked off. In the 1 bedroom apartment there is a bathroom with a corner spa and separate shower, lounge and dining area, microwave, fridge and a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean, with its own BBQ and outdoor dining.

The contemporary resort style pool completes the outdoor entertaining area and like the ocean, it can be viewed from all levels. So why not relax by the pool surrounded by tropical gardens and take in the lovely ocean views.

This home sits at the top of a very prestigious estate and is a short walk to the beach, 2 minutes drive to major shopping centre and close to all city infrastructures.
