Easterly views straight out to the Pacific Ocean greet you as soon as you walk into this spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Pacific Vista is attached to a large house, which is also holiday let, perched at the top of a prestigious estate in Korora.
Pacific Vista has a very large master bedroom with a queen bed, trundle bed and walk-in-robe, and a second bedroom with a queen bed and built-in robes. The bathroom is situated between the 2 bedrooms and has a bath and separate shower. Opposite the bathroom is a close-off cupboard laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
The apartment integrates a split level living area with a contemporary open-plan kitchen and dining area, featuring magnificent views out to the ocean. The lounge opens out onto a large undercover deck overlooking the beautiful 11 metre resort style pool, which is shared with the other house. There is outdoor dining on your deck with your own barbeque.
This house is also pet friendly, being tiled throughout with a fully fenced verandah. However you must notify management if you wish to bring your pet. Just 400 metres walk down the road, you will find beach access steps to a pet friendly beach and a beautiful coastal walk.
Pacific Vista has everything you need for a great holiday. This property is within a couple of minutes drive to the large Park Beach Plaza shopping complex, and the Big Banana. It is only 5 mins drive to the Town Centre, Pet Porpoise Pool, Jetty and Marina.
